We have specifically designed our Fitness Kickboxing classes using the same principals our staff has developed while training our professional and amateur fighters. An avg class helps to burn up to 1000 cal per hour
This is where fitness meets fighting! Our Fitness Kickboxing will help you lose fat, improve body tone and composition, improve flexibility and overall conditioning. You will also see a dramatic increase in coordination as well as self confidence. A stronger body and mental toughness are also side effects.
The right equipment
We use a combination of heavy bags, ground bags, and focus mitts. Bag gloves and hand wraps are required. From the first class you will learn punching combinations with correct technique, kicking, knee strikes, and elbows. As you progress, your combinations will become faster, you will hit harder, and your technique will continually be refined.
Our Fitness Kickboxing classes are 45-50 minute interval training sessions including cardiovascular & resistance training, as well as plyometric exercises and focus mitt & medicine ball workouts. Each class includes a warm up, several rounds of combinations on a high quality heavy bag, mitts and pads, finishing with intense abdominal exercises.
